1. Eligibility

• By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Use of the Platform

• Employers/Recruiters may post jobs, manage candidates, and use features provided by the ATS.

• Candidates/Job Seekers may create profiles, apply for jobs, and communicate with employers.

• You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Job Postings & Applications

• Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of job postings.

• Candidates are responsible for the truthfulness of information in their applications and profiles.

• We are not responsible for hiring decisions, interview outcomes, or employment agreements between candidates and employers.

5. Data Privacy

• By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Employers agree to handle candidate data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and technology on the Platform belong to Nefinex HR ATS.

• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)

• Certain features may require paid subscriptions.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Nefinex HR ATS is a facilitator and does not guarantee job placements or candidate suitability.

• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from employer-candidate interactions.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.

• You may stop using the Platform at any time by deleting your account.

10. Governing Law
