Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join our Direct Sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting life insurance products, and achieving business targets through direct customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business by acquiring customers through direct sales activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales and policy issuance process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
