Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented female professionals for the role of Business Development Manager under the WIN (Women In Insurance) initiative. This is a sales-focused role responsible for driving insurance sales, managing customer leads, and building a strong personal business pipeline through BTL activities, referrals, and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive life insurance sales through BTL (Below the Line) activities, referrals, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline for continuous business growth.
• Conduct meetings with prospective customers to provide need-based selling and financial solutions.
• Generate and convert leads through field activities, networking, and customer references.
• Utilize LMS/VYMO systems for customer data management, lead tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Assist customers with documentation, medical formalities, and policy issuance process.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage the complete policy lifecycle effectively.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales acumen and relationship management abilities.
• Target-oriented with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and manage sales pipelines effectively.
• Basic understanding of Life Insurance and financial products preferred.

Eligibility Criteria
• Female candidates only.
• 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Life Insurance, Bancassurance, or BFSI sector preferred.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Age between 25–35 years preferred.
• Candidate should have a stable employment record.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required.
