Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Manager – Bancassurance to drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches. The role involves building strong relationships with banking partners, generating leads from the bank customer base, and converting opportunities into business while ensuring excellent partner engagement and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective cross-selling of life insurance products.
Generate business through leads and referrals from bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers, bank staff, and channel partners.
Coordinate with bank employees to identify prospective customers and drive sales opportunities.
Conduct need-based customer meetings and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Provide training and continuous support to bank staff on product knowledge and sales processes.
Plan and execute lead generation and promotional activities within branch premises.
Ensure effective follow-up and high conversion of leads into sales.
Monitor partner performance and support improvement initiatives.
Track market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Life Insurance products and Bancassurance model.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship management and influencing abilities.

Ability to train and motivate banking partners.
Good planning, execution, and follow-up skills.
Eligibility Criteria
1–2 years of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Agency Channel, or BFSI sector preferred.
Graduation is mandatory.
Age between 25–35 years.
Candidate should have a minimum tenure of 1 year in the current organization.
No employment gap preferred.
CIBIL score must be above 650.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Additional Guidelines
Candidates from BFSI background will be preferred.
Candidates currently working with Axis Bank or HDFC Bank will not be considered.
Current company notice period should not be more than 60 days.
Local Non Tribal candidates preffered with Good experience in Insurance or BFSI
