Job Description
We are hiring Construction Fitters (Skilled) for civil construction work at our project site in Jagiroad. The role involves fitting, assembling, installing, and maintaining structural components and mechanical fixtures used in construction projects while ensuring safety and quality standards at the site.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fitting, assembling, and installation of structural components, pipes, and mechanical parts used in construction.
Assist in alignment, measurement, cutting, and fitting of metal or structural components as per project requirements.
Work closely with welders, supervisors, and engineers to complete assigned tasks.
Handle and maintain tools, machines, and construction equipment safely.
Ensure proper fitting and installation of components according to technical instructions.
Maintain worksite cleanliness and safety standards.
Follow instructions from site supervisors and project engineers.
Salary & Benefits
Take Home Salary: ₹16,000 per month
Accommodation: Provided by the company at the project site
Overtime Payment: Overtime wages will be paid if the worker is required to work on weekly holidays or declared holidays, as per applicable company rules.
Working Conditions
Working Days: 6 days per week
Shift Duration: 12 hours per day (including lunch and rest breaks)
Eligibility
Education: No educational proof required
Experience: Minimum experience required in construction fitting or mechanical fitting work
Mandatory Requirements
Medical Fitness Certificate required before joining
Police Verification required (initially candidates can submit an acknowledgement of application for police verification)
Candidates must carry valid identity proof
Bank account required and Aadhaar must be linked with the bank account
Selection Process
All candidates will undergo a practical skill test during induction at Jagiroad.
Candidates who fail to perform the assigned tasks during the test will not be selected.

Absenteeism, misconduct, or violation of safety rules may lead to termination as per company policy.
