Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business through the Agency Partner Channel by building and managing a strong network of insurance distributors and agents. The role focuses on recruitment, activation, and development of agency partners to drive life insurance sales and achieve consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Insurance Agency Partners
Drive monthly distributor activation and ensure consistent productivity
Train, mentor, and support distributors to improve sales performance
Identify performance gaps and implement action plans
Achieve monthly and annual business targets through the agency partner channel
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and guidance
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Identify local market opportunities to drive business growth
Submit regular sales and performance reports to management

Eligibility & Experience

Age: Up to 45 years
Candidates with good job stability preferred (frequent job changes not preferred)
